A few words about us
It all started in 2015 when we simply fell in love with the area, the community and the authentic traditions.
The desire to save a part of the old Maramureş architecture, made us act in such a way as to displace a 100-year-old oak house and bring it back to life.
A brave project with many obstacles, modernizing and remodeling the structure of the house taking in consideration the specifics of the area brought a special satisfaction at the end.
The house perfectly blends modern with rustic at the edge of the pine forest, in an ideal communion with the landscape that forms a painting with nature as its major theme.
We like to think that we offer more than just a stay, whether you are ready for a memorable adventure or you just want a taste of the simple and quiet village life, you will live an authentic Maramures experience.
Those who crossed our doorstep felt the energy of the place, and that makes us happy, because it was exactly this feeling that made us fall in love with this place.
